As the Director of Client Services, Caty's ongoing goal is to define client delight at Tribute Media and help our clients become heroes in the eyes of their customers.

She has an extensive background in customer service, creating marketing strategies, website strategies & recommendations, email marketing, social media, and building web content focused on putting the customer at the forefront of every business.

Caty grew up in Tallahassee, FL, graduated with a degree in psychology from Florida State University, and moved to Idaho in 2015 to take advantage of Idaho's many outdoor opportunities. She met her husband here five years ago and has been with Tribute Media for four years, so the move was obviously a delightful decision.
