Inbound Marketing Coordinator

We are an established web marketing agency with an excellent reputation for providing web design, web development, and inbound marketing services, both here in our local Greater-Boise market, as well as across the US. We are always looking for the best talent to help us grow, and we are currently looking to add an Inbound Marketing Coordinator to our Meridian, Idaho team.

WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH

The Client:
  • Small to Medium-size business owners 
  • Marketing departments

    ...who have hired Tribute Media to: 
    •  create and/or execute their marketing strategy 
    • supplement marketing efforts and fill talent gaps on their internal teams

The Team:

  • Tribute Media’s account managers to ensure work is aligned with client goals, expectations, and deadlines
  • The Marketing Team with all client set up and data entry of web content
  • Tribute Media internal sales and marketing to ensure Tribute Media's web marketing presence is strategically executed

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Support marketing staff with various client fulfillment work
  • Setting up client work in project management software for monthly tracking
  • Data Entry on client websites
  • Help with internal marketing of Tribute Media as a company
  • Take client phone calls as needed
  • Participate in client strategy, planning and reporting meetings as needed and requested by Account Managers
  • Take active role in account retention and increasing marketing contract values through client delight
  • Identify inefficiencies in applications and processes and implement more efficient alternatives

REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum of two years direct and/or related web marketing experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Inbound Marketing Experience a plus (HubSpot)
  • Understanding of how to use brand/style guides and graphic design principles
  • Must follow directions closely
  • Positive, friendly and supportive attitude
  • Phenomenal organizational skills
  • Great sense of humor, enthusiasm and team mindedness
  • Must be a problem solver and must learn new technologies quickly
  • Outstanding communication skills – both verbal and written
  • Self-starter with initiative and independent judgment for assisting team members
  • Demonstrated proficiency in web applications, especially Google's suite of tools
  • Problem-solving and issue resolution skills
  • Ability to take initiative and actively contribute to the team
