Each month, the support time starts new. Your support time will not carry over from month-to-month. We'll assume that when you make a support request in any form, you authorize the time for us to offer support unless you ask for a quote first. As a result, we'll not send a support quote before we begin work unless you specifically ask for a quote.
You agree that the laws of the State of Idaho govern the validity and interpretation of this agreement and that the jurisdiction and/or venue of any action involving this agreement shall exist exclusively in the State of Idaho.
We recognize that you may want to transfer hosting to another server. If you are current on all outstanding payments and the terms of your contract for the website build are fulfilled, we'll provide you with a backup of your website at no cost. If you need our help to set up on your website on the new server or any other support will be billed at our standard, non-hosting rate of $250 per hour.
You agree that you won't be late on your invoices. If you are late, we'll bill you a late fee of 2% of the late balance per month or $25 minimum. If you are late more than 45 days, on any invoice, we reserve the right to turn off hosting services without notice. However, we'll do our best to notify you in advance.
Tribute Media or our partners will not be held liable for outages or delays in service that are out of our control. That includes, but is not limited to power outages, interruptions of data service or 3rd party failures reasonably out of Tribute Media's or our partners’ control.
Note that your Tribute Media hosting agreement does not include email hosting or email support.
Our normal support hours are from Monday - Thursday 8:00am to 5:00pm MST. If you need support outside of those hours for anything other than a down server, the service rate is a standard $250 per hour billed in 15 minute increments. Note that if your website is down but the server is responding normally, you can choose to pay for after hours support or wait until the next business day.
Generally, your website will be hosted with our partner Pantheon (https://pantheon.io/). We reserve the right, at our discretion, to host your website with another hosting provider assuming we can maintain minimum levels of service for your hosting agreement.
