We are an established web marketing agency with an excellent reputation for providing web design and inbound marketing services for companies in the United States, Canada, and Australia. We are continuing to grow and want to find the best talent to help with that growth. We are looking to add a talented SEO Specialist to our Meridian, Idaho team.

What You’ll Do:
  • Search campaign generation / implementationWinner_Seal2017_YTeWaDcU-1
  • Keyword research, development & analysis
  • Create, implement, track, analyze and optimize paid search campaigns
  • Actively test and analyze keywords, copy and landing pages to increase traffic, conversions, and ROI.
  • Implement recommended strategy to improve our clients' overall organic positions and traffic for one or more dedicated topics.
  • Search Engine Optimization (SEO) activities, including: copywriting, keyword strategy development, identifying internal & external link opportunities, site structure recommendations, site performance recommendations, content changes and ongoing client interaction and strategy.
  • Regular meetings with SEO & PPC clients to review results and plan upcoming campaigns and strategies.
  • Develop marketing strategies and manage execution
  • Work as part of the team to develop strategies for scale and growth
  • Strategic social media content writing and implementation
  • Conduct meetings with clients to report results and plan use of monthly marketing budget as needed.
What You Need:
  • Proven track record of successful SEO strategy and implementation.
  • Proven ability to improve page rankings on major search engines.
  • Strong understanding of PPC and SEO analytics.
  • Experience in keyword research, reporting and link building tools.
  • Experience working with multiple clients. Strong presentation and leadership skills a must.
  • Experience in leveraging site analytics programs for SEM analysis / insights [Google Analytics]
  • Experience in content development and Social Media Management for external client business pages.
  • Proven ability to build strong relationship with internal and external business clients.
  • Self-driven with a determination to exceed client expectations.
  • Experience in a client-facing account management position, maintaining relationships and managing expectations
  • Experience working with small business owners and marketing teams
  • Thorough understanding of social media for business
  • Strong command of all Microsoft Office and Google Drive suite of tools
  • Familiarity with content management systems, including Wordpress, Drupal, and HubSpot
  • Problem-solving and issue resolution skills
  • Clear and articulate written and verbal communication skills and the ability to effectively drive client meetings
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Great sense of humor, enthusiasm, and team-mindedness
